Placing Your First Order

Placing an order with us is easy. You do not have to create an account first, an account will be created during the placement of your first order online. All orders must be placed online as we cannot accept orders by other methods including by phone, fax or e-mail.

Finding Items

You can find items by browsing our catalogue directly. When you find an item that interests you, click the title, name or picture of the item to see a detailed product information page. Here you will find more information about the item.

Adding Items to Your Shopping Cart

If you want to order an item from us, click the "add to cart" button on the item's product information page. You can now continue browsing for other products or checkout. You can access the contents of your Shopping Cart at any time by clicking the "My Account" button at the top of every page on the website.

Proceed to Checkout

Take a moment to review all of the items you've placed in your Shopping Cart. When you're ready to place an order for all the items in the Shopping Cart, click the "Checkout" button. You will be taken to the first page of the order form.

Logging In

If you are a returning customer and not yet logged in you can enter your customer account e-mail address as well as your password after clicking the "My Account" button found on the top of every page. To register as a new customer simply enter your e-mail address and click the "sign in" button. A password will be created for you and an email will be sent to the address you provided.Your e-mail address and password combination is used for logging in when you return to Fleet Cycles another time. Further address details will need to be provided during the checkout process.

Enter your shipping details

Once you've placed an item in your cart and clicked the "Checkout" button, You can now enter your shipping address as well as some extra details.

Review your address details

Review and verify your address details carefully. The telephone number is required for courier shipments and needs to be entered correctly. Your address details can be changed if any mistakes are found.

Review and Submit Your Order

Check the accuracy of all the information you provided and make any necessary adjustments. Enter your Credit Card details in the fields provided. When you are ready, click the "Pay Now" button to submit your order. Once you place your order, we will send you a confirmation e-mail.

Tracking Your Order

If you would like to review the status of your order, please go to the "My Account" link located at the top of each page. You will find a complete summary of all ordered items as well as your shipping details. To learn more about "My Account", click here.
