Logging In

You do not have to log in to add items to your cart, returning customers will be asked to log in and new customers will be prompted to create a new account, during the check out process.

To log in to the system, click the ‘Login’ button located at the top of every page. You will need to enter your e-mail address and password.

Forgotten Passwords

If you have forgotten your password, follow the ‘Forgotten Password’ link on the login screen. Your password will be sent to the email address provided during registration.

Logging Out

If you are using any public terminal including an internet café, public library, education institution or shared computer, we strongly advise you to log off before you leave the terminal. To do so, simply click the ‘log out’ button in the top menu of our website.
