Fleet Cycles delivers using Australia Post, normally within 5 to 7 working days. Fleet Cycles only delivers within Australia.

In the unlikely event that stock is damaged on delivery please advise us by email within 5 working days of the damage. We will advise accordingly on a case by case basis. We reserve the right to final refund or exchange.

Self Pick Up

We currently do not offer a pick up service for customers of our online store. Orders placed online will be shipped to the recipient’s address.

If you wish to pick up an item from one of our stores, use the “Enquire:” button on the product information page to contact one of our staff. You may find that the in-store price is higher than the online price.
